I have an adult son with autism, lyme disease, food allergies and severe chemical sensitivities.  He cannot tolerate artificial food flavorings, colorings, preservatives, chemical vapors, corn, soy, walnuts, eggs, gluten and fluoride (not even a shower).  His autism was triggered by his MMR shot in 1986.  His medical challenges, including lyme disease, are mostly under control now.  He is a great joy to me, my husband and his older sister.  I've been involved in ASA, ARI, DAN and alternative and biomedical treatments for 2 decades.  My daughter has also suffered medical challenges.  I used to be a banker, now I'm a citizen activist.  Anti-fluoridation advocacy is my most recent endeavor.  My family and I love hiking, camping and many wonderful friends and a huge extended family.  We're tree-huggin' organic fanatics and proud of it.

Hi Audrey, Your response to me was in my spam folder and I just saw it now while cleaning it out. Boy, do you have a double whammy with the autism AND Lyme! (I've had Lyme myself back in 2009.) Glad to see though that you monitor the water in products as it's getting to be a full time job keeping track of everything today as just when you think you're a little ahead of the game, wham, something else is exposed as cause for alarm! I know about most things for many years having grown up with a mother who did a lot of reading and tried to expose fluoride back in the early 60s. What I did not know about and glad to know, was fluoride's use in de-boning organic chicken and wonder how they utilize it. I've also heard - and possibly Mercola mentioned - that they use hexane to de-bone. Much luck in your journey! Jeanne (Conjeanneal)
