I'm from Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Always interested in health. I'm chocked sometimes about what is happening in the USA with the food and lifestyle , which is obviously not good. It is interesting to see the differences between countries with about the same income. In the Netherlands we do not have GMO, cornsugar, Fluoride, Obesity, Superbugs etc. Also we spend less on our healthcare - which is  free for everybody - and spend more on real food.

Hi, ADHD is just due to Celiac...same protocol may help them...no glutend/dairy/soy/sugar...vitamins/good oils and LDN...not retalin that just speeds up the body. I have MS...my son is ADHD due to Celiac.

How I Suppress my MS My MS is due to low oxygen in my body and brain....Low oxygen can cause stress/crying, depression, anxiety, panic, suicidal thoughts, fear, obsessing, no sleep and MS in me. My MS is a mitochondrial disease (inherit mitochondria from the mom). Celiac which wrecks the intestines villi, so they don't absorb nutrients well...then cells are not made right or work right. When the cells are not made right they don't burn oxygen right...so cells are low in oxygen... they die... then white blood cells go through the blood brain barrier to eat up the myelin debris. (Celiac people may have weak gut linings and blood brain barriers due to gluten/dairy.When I was low in Vit A, my gut/brain barrier was wide open.) What I needed for my MS to be symptom free (Alternative/Integrative medicine doctor): 1. No stents/angioplasty, coumadin, statin drugs, MS drugs etc.. from Conventional medicine...instead, I did EDTA/DMPS IV chelations from Alternative medicine doctors, which unclogged ALL my blood vessels...even the ones in my eyes/toes/fingers/body and brain... and removed heavy metals and inflammation/swelling...unblocked my thyroid hormone and other chemical reactions.... This raised the oxygen in my brain/body. 2. No MS drugs: they may slowly let a MS person get worse, and don't help Celiac, the root cause of my MS. I took LDN (low dose naltrexone) which helps to block Celiac, but not 100%. ...so the Celiac diet is still needed. LDN helps 99% of MS people. 3. No eat: No dairy/gluten/soy/sugar or hidden contamination of these in food: No Dairy (all types...milk, butter, whipped cream ....and especially ice cream)....it has fat/sugar which cross the blood brain barrier fast and carrageenan which is an excitotoxin.) destroyed my brain and gave me depression no medicine could help and demyelinated me and made my MS kick in fast. No Gluten wrecks intestinal villi so they don't absorb nutrients....then cells are not made right or work right. For example then my liver did not work right to detox heavy metals and other parts of the body malfunction. I eat organic brown rice or quinoa instead of gluten. Refrigerate/freeze these so they are not rancid which can hurt and swell me. Brown rice may only be fresh for 5 months. No Soy blocks thyroid with it's estrogen, which lowers oxygen and the immune system. No Sugar/starch. After 3 days of sugar/starch in fruit/corn etc.....my body/brain swells/has inflammation ...then I cry and am so stiff I can't get out of a chair. Rice is ok. No bad fats: No transfat/ hydrogenated fat....margarine etc. No high saturated fat ( meat/fish, coconut oil, gravy hurt me) No high monounsaturated fat (olive oil, cashews). I could eat raw walnuts with polyunsaturated fat which really helped my health. These nuts are harvested in Sept and are sold in Nov....keep refrigerated or frozen. They need to be raw and in shells that are not open. Open shells let in oxygen and may cause them to be rancid. Nuts sold without shells may have gluten contamination from conveyor belts. No heated oils or roasted nuts or rancid nuts. (They cause free radicals.) (I ate hard boiled eggs and blanched vegetables.) No flax oil (80% of American can't convert flax oil into the form the body can use.) No MSG (excitotoxin- hurts the blood brain barrier as excited cells die) No nutrasweet (hurts liver and poison) Stevia maybe ok...but I don't use it. I just want to lose my sweet tooth and not eat deserts so I am not tempted by other unsafe food. No alcohol (hurts liver). No chocolate (if it has fat/milk). MS people may crave chocolate due to it Mg. I take Mg citrate daily. No highly allergic foods (felt like flu/sweat/problems breathing). Celiac can cause leaky gut (thin gut wall/sores) where food leaks into the blood...then allergies form. The gut lining needs to be healed by not eating gluten. Rotate allergic foods eaten so you don't eat them too many days in a row which would build up a stronger allergic reaction or don't eat allergic foods. No premade Celiac food from a box which usually had many ingredients I could not eat. No restaurants (except a Chinese restaurant that cooked special for me using my pan: blanched vegetables, rice, hardboiled egg and strong tea. Some other restaurants try to cook for Celiac people, but have dairy/gluten contamination in pans/air etc.. No smoking or second hand smoke which increase heavy metals that block chemical reactions in the body and cause low oxygen in cells. No or low stress: Stress uses up more B vitamins and zinc which are very important for the body to work right. I took extra of B vitamins/zinc if I was under high stress. B vitamins are water soluble and can be drained out of the body due to drinking a lot of tea/water. No antibiotics: Antibiotics wipe out good bacteria in the large intestines which make B vitamins and Vit K. I used garlic/raw onion/ time releaseVit C/mushrooms/fish oil/oil of oregano...then dairy free acidophilus etc., mostly if I needed to kill germs. 2000mg of fish oil daily stopped my colds/flu for 20 years. Some antibiotics have fluorine which can block the thyroid hormone, which lowers oxygen in a person. Vit C IV's from an Alternative/Integrative medicine doctor may also help. No colloidal silver: It hurt me…my body built it up since my liver was bogged down with other heavy metals and could not clean out the colloidal silver. I lost my sugar digestion/got precancer from colloidal silver…I went through hell. I did EDTA/DMPS IV chelations to clean the colloidal silver out of me. No tumeric and other foods/vitamins, until I cleaned heavy metals out of my body so that my body would work right again. No always trust tests: Celiac blood tests and biopsies may not work to diagnose Celiac. Other tests for thyroid/Vit B12/Vit A etc. may have ranges that are not correct or helpful. Going by symptoms since heavy metals can block chemical reactions in the body helps. No cheating by eating food I know hurts me. Prevention is easier than cure. It is not worth it to cheat. Then I have to work hard to heal again. Letting my body get damaged when I know better...is a hard lesson. It is "well power" not "will power". I just stay out of grocery stores and don't watch others eat. What I eat heals...makes me healthy like my Hmong friends who eat similar and don't feel sorry for themselves. God gave me the best to eat! Healing foods! 4. Celiac diet: Fish/meat/beans (if body can handle these). Organic brown rice, organic vegetables, raw walnuts (crack open shell), hard boiled eggs, lemon juice in reverse osmosis water, tea. Brown rice noodles/gluten free spaghetti sauce. 5. Good oils: 2 fish oil (omega 3), 2 evening primrose oil (omega 6), 2 lecithin, phosphatidylserine/DMAE, krill oil, CLA. These oils thin blood, make up cell membranes/brain and help the body/brain cells to work right. Fish oil counteracts bad fats. 6. Vitamins: To rebuild my cells so they worked right again. These helped my cells in my body/brain to burn more oxygen/ fuel in the mitochondria. Antioxidants help to get rid of free radicals, amino acids, some helped my liver/gut/eyes/ killed yeast/increase circulation/lower inflammation/detox the body and more. (See my special list of supplements I took.) 7. Vit D3: I took 5000IU of Vit D3 which helps the immune system, helps like “sunlight”. Getting out in the sun for 15 minutes or more each day helps. Celiac is from low sunlight heritage or people who didn’t eat dairy/gluten in past history and eat it now and the body can’t adapt to it. 8. Vit B12 shot: (methylcobalamin) ½ cc every other day, which helps to carry oxygen and rebuild the myelin. 9. HCl and Now brand- Super enzyme with meals to help me digest my food. Celiac affects the cells in the stomach that make HCl (stomach acid) and intrinsic factor that help Vit B12 get into the intestines. 10. Osteoprocare: instead of dairy. Dairy destroyed my brain…gave me seizures, depression no medicine could help and demyelinated me. Osteoprocare has Ca orotate and many cofactors so it absorbs well. Other Ca supplement gave me bone spurs or didn’t help my body. 11. Dairy free acidophilus: helps restore good bacteria into the intestines which helps to make B vitamins and Vit K, helps digest food better and reduces yeast. This is taken when stomach acid is low in the morning so the acid doesn’t detroy the good bacteria. 12. Thyroid medicine: Celiac can make antibodies to the thyroid making it produce less thyroid hormone. I took Synthroid and Armour thyroid. The Synthroid has T4 (storage form) which acts like time release thyroid hormone and gets me through the night. Armour thyroid has 80% T4 and 20% T3…The T3 acts instantly. Some people’s body can’t convert T4 to T3 well. T4 alone didn’t help me much. My body may not be making TSH…so that number is not a good one to go by…pituitary may not make it (do to antibodies) and heavy metals can block the use of the thyroid hormone working. Thyroid dose should be by symptoms which tells what is really happening in a person who is full of heavy metals. 13. Bioidentical hormones: I need ~ .5mgE3/75mgP/2.75mg TE….twice daily. The bioidentical hormones help increase blood flow in my body/brain, help thyroid medicine get into my cells and help me sleep etc.. Without bioidentical hormones my blood pressure was 90/50. I needed them to be ok at menopause. 14. EDTA/DMPS IV chelations: This is a 2 hour IV that I did while I sat and read a book/watched TV/talked to others that I did ~ once a month from an Alternative/Integative medicine doctor. EDTA/DMPS IV chelations remove heavy metals/unclog blood vessels/lower inflammation. Hair tests show levels of heavy metals and good minerals in a person as it comes out in the hair. Heavy metals blocked many chemical reactions in my body. They blocked my thyroid hormone and digestion of different types of food and more. A urine test AFTER a EDTA/DMPS IV chelation…not just a urine test any time…shows the heavy metals as they come out of the body. EDTA/DMPS IV chelation unclogs all capillaries…in the eyes/brain/fingers/toes/body. I could feel the greater circulation and my eyes could see clearer. (Angioplasty only unclogs a few inches of blood vessels and doesn’t remove heavy metals/inflammation.) The IV chelations removed stiffness/swelling/inflammation I got from eating sugar/starch. IV chelations remove some good minerals before they can get to the heavier toxic ones in the blood…so a person needs to restore the good minerals afterwards. I used sea salt to help in this. I drank a lot of distilled water during the IV chelations and afterwards to rinse the chelation/toxic minerals through my kidneys.( Distilled water during chelations has no minerals which would “short circuit” the chelation. You don't want to remove minerals in water or food instead of heavy metals. I did not eat food before/during the chelations. EDTA/DMPS IV chelations are awesome!!! Saved my life! (Oral chelations may not work…they are water soluble.) EDTA IV chelations alone without DMPS did not help me much. Cilantro 600mg, Vit C, MSM, chorella, brown sea weed etc. also help to remove heavy metals if taken late at night when no food in in the blood. 15. LDN (low dose Naltrexone): I take 3 mg of LDN. Some people take 4.5mg of LDN. LDN blocks the opioid receptor sites that dairy/gluten stimulate…this makes the immune system work better so it doesn’t attack the gut lining. When the gut lining heals, more nutrients are absorbed…and all cells are made better. Then the liver works better to clean out heavy metals…. brain cells are rebuilt/work better….which helps depression and personality…and many awesome miracles happen. LDN is like a miracle to help Celiac/MS people…but the Celiac diet is still needed since people can override the medicine by dairy/gluten. I take my LDN in the morning. At night it gave me so much energy I couldn't sleep. In the morning it helps with energy/sugar level/adrenals…but it helps 1000X more if taken before bed (It is used to block the opioid receptors that kick in between 2-4 am.) LDN is cheap/~ no sideeffects/works miracles! I had to drink more water when I took LDN so it didn't dehydrate me. LDN used to block heroin use. Dairy/gluten stimulate the same opioid receptor sites as heroin....so taking LDN blocks these receptor sites...prevents the immune system from going down...which destroys the body. 16. Journal: I kept a food/vitamin/medicine/symptom daily list. This helped me figure out what helped/hurt me….so I could trace it back to the source of the problem. 17. Exercise: Walking helps my stress and gets blood circulating. I loved to walk through the woods…see nature and pray. 18. Think positive: You get what you focus on. I prayed constantly without doubting. I had a prayers answered journal where I recorded blessing/prayers answered and things I was thankful for. Forgive…I said, “Father forgive them for they know not what they do.” I had many hurtful memories/wounds/rejection that I had to give to God. Let go and Let God. Start each day fresh. 19. Keep reading: I kept learning/figuring out things more each day. God helps! 20. Testing for Celiac: Blood tests/biospies for celiac may not work (they may come out negative even when a person is Celiac)...but a stool sample and cheek genetic test from www.enterolab.com) may work to diagnose within 6 months of going gluten/dairy free. Celiac. Symptoms can be used to diagnose Celiac. A person may not feel their intestines hurting but may have many health isssues/symptoms due to Celiac. Celiac makes the person's next weakness kick in once their body is low in nutrients. I got low thyroid/MS/heavy metals from Celiac. The whole family tree maybe Celiac, but may get a different health issue from it than MS. They may maybe helped in a similar way. Alternative/Integrative medicine people are awesome.... offered things I needed to stay alive. People’s bodies/brains can be rebuilt//healed/fixed. Celiac is the root cause for many health issues…but people can heal and be helped fast in a low cost way. The Celiac diet, vitamins/good oils, EDTA/DMPS IV chelations, thyroid medicine, bioidentical hormones, LDN, rebuilds and healed my body/brain fast. God’s blessings!
