I have been married 35 years and am the mother of 4 and grandmother of 7.  I have a passion for the Pacific coast and enjoy finding rocks  on the beach to tumble for jewelry.  My husband and I love to sail lakes for relaxation and stress reduction.  I was raised with an awareness towards healthy eating and natural healing.  I enjoy creating with fresh vegetables.
