I am 65 years old, married (husband is retired military) with two children and two grandchildren. I have two chiweenies, Elvis and Priscilla. I like to work in my yard and go to the beach and I watch too much TV and I play games on my computer at Pogo.com. I hate exercise but do some stretching stuff sometimes in the morning. I try to eat the right kinds of foods most of the time but mostly I'm a failure at that. I guess you could say I look for easy when it comes to my health issues. I started coming here several months after triple bypass surgery when I got tired of sitting in a doctor's waiting room hours on end every two to four weeks a month and feeling like my life was over. It is so much better for me now. No meds and no doctor for the moment. I've had two of them send me certified letters giving me 30 days to find another doctor because I refuse to take the drugs approach in favor of an alternative/nutritional/natural approach to my health concerns. Drugs are not medicine. Drugs are toxins the body has to work overtime to get rid of. REAL food comes from grass fed, free range, wild caught, and correctly grown produce the world today calls organic. Plus I don't smoke and I don't drink soda pop all day. Sometimes I just have to have some ice cream. I'll almost always get the Great Value All Natural vanilla and add real fruit to it or nuts. July is national ice cream month so that's when I will have ice cream. Hugs from Florida
