I am a 78-yr-old widow, retired, living in a small town in the heart of Oregon's Willamette Valley. We are surrounded by farms of all sorts, in sight of the Cascade Mountains and roughly an hour away from the Pacific Coast. I walk a mile a day, take no prescription meds and only occasionally an OTC product. Good health continues to be a priority and I seek info every day to exchange myths and propaganda for proven alternatives.

Thank you so much for your concern. I am now safe in the US. I come home every spring and work for my son-in-law at his pool store. However please continue to pray for my little wife that is still there. Wouldn't know what to do without the best part of me> ....God bless
