Hi, Microscopic amounts of dairy hurt me...I lost my job. Seizures/depression no medicine can help and demyelinated me. It is more than lactose intolerance. Some people after they stop gluten and heal the tips of their villi that makes lactase they may be ok with dairy again. Thanks for your ideas. Happiness....
