Acerca de Mi
Well, describing myself...I did last in 2012. Got to edit, since now we are well into 2013. (Capricorn born in the chin.year of the Cat). Have three grown-up wonderful children, no grandchildren. Living alone, that is ok, because I am getting a minimum pension, which does not get me through the month, but my children do help me. Last year I was presented with a rescue puppy from the townships. A scruffy little thing. Now, there is no garden left, but that little thing is 1 1/2 years old, grown up into a beautiful dog, an Afrikanis, a so-called hunting dog. Actually too big for me to handle, but she is my big help - we do have lately lots of forceful gruesome break-ins here in our neighbourhood. My dog, due to the size, has a good set of big teeth and a fierceful bark. English is not my mother tongue. But I do read a lot in English. My interests were always with healthy life and health informations. Ever since I was a teenager I gathered informations, cut-outs of prints etc in a fat file. But when you move here in this country, things just disappear on you... (not only furnitures, bicycles, linnen, but also personal files, which nobody really knows what to do with it) and now all my good records are gone. I love nature, enjoying to be high up on a mountain, observing the below. I do love animals, they have no falseness. I fight for animals, because they cannot do it for themselves. I love all plants, hug trees, listen to classic music and love to watch the night sky. Of course I love Elvis and James Dean, these were my heroes ever since teenage time. I do believe in helping others, but I do this mostly in a way, that it is not openly. (Anything good you do in public is not done for the deed, but for the own prestige enhancement.) The car, built 1984, was given to me by my son. I am sitting in it quite high up and it has power steering. Do not know how long it still can serve me (and I am thanking my guardian angel daily that it still works). In South Africa it is not like in Europe, where you hop onto a bus to get anywhere, you do have to have four wheels to get around, even just for shopping. And one important thing: I am not afraid of dying, because I know we only will go through a "door" - there is life after death.
