Acerca de Mi

I am vey interested in health and exercise and read extensively on both topics. I do a combination of weight training, medium intensity cardio and interval training .  For many years I was an aerobics and gym instructor.  I have also been a high scool teacher. After retraining I became a laboratory analst and now manage an environmental monitoring laboratory. I am have been married for 33 years and have two grown sons, one who is married.
