Acerca de Mi

I am 5 ft. 3 in. and approx. 126 lbs. I have a smallish frame. My muscle mass is low, due to little exercise during the last 10 years, while I have been raising my two boys, ages 10 and 7. I have started ashtanga yoga once a week, however, now going on 4 weeks. I danced throughout my childhood, but now make a living sitting in front of a computer screen. My eyes are blue, my skin is fair and very dry, my veins show through my hands, my hair is thickish, brown with gray (which I color using a low impact hairdye). I have stocky legs, and a slimmer torso, flat belly, muscular, thin arms and a very thin, long face. I look much younger than my age, though the wrinkles have started on my face - jowls and some hanging on the neck. I have exzema in my ears, believe it or not.

I like to eat bread and chewy stuff. I like salty and sour, but once I have the taste of sugar, it is hard to go back to the salty and sour. When I eat sugary things, it is cake and donuts, never candy or ice cream. And I do not move my bowels regularly. At the moment, I have ringworm, which I believe comes because I have been caring for my son's athletes foot for a long time and not consistently enough. I am working with black walnut salve to get rid of that. But I also believe I got it because my system is run down. I am still in menopause, with hot flashes perhaps 3-8 times a day, though I do not sweat through my clothes. My sleep is not very good, however. It is rare I sleep through the night, and often I cannot get back to sleep.
