Short version of Celiac help: No Gluten/dairy/soy/sugar may help the body/brain/immune system be ok and..heal many health issues fast ..vitamins/good oils may help rebuild the cells. LDN 3-4.5 mg (low dose Naltrexone) may help the immune system/heal the gut lining...help block gluten contamination which is in many things/air/on unshelled nuts/luncheon meat and more. Armour thyroid maybe needed since gluten may make antibodies to the thyroid. I eat organic brown rice instead of gluten(oats/barley/wheat/rye...oats). Soy/corn/canola oil may be genetically modified and hurt the intestines and may be low in nutrients. I take Osteoprocare instead of dairy and drink reverse osmosis water and tea or a little lemon/lime/cranberry in reverse osmosis water. Dairy free acidophilus in the morning when stomach acid is low may help. Milk thistle, alpha lipoic acid, Now brand- Detox Support may help the liver and detox the body. HCl and Now brand - Super enzymes with meals, 2000mg of fish oil daily and 5000IU of Vit D3 daily, 5000mcg of biotin, Vit C, Zinc picolinate, Mg citrate, Nature's plus- Source of life multiple (no iron may help) from Amazon.com, Vit B12 Methylcobalamin shot or 5000mcg of Methylcobalamin under the tongue kind may help. Meat, organic vegetables, brown rice, eggs,tea...eating Asian style may help but no MSG or gluten etc. on it. A little lemon juice in reverse osmosis water after eating raw walnuts (open shells to avoid gluten contamination and freeze them so they are not rancid) helps me detox and makes me not hungry for a long time. Organic sulfur in reverse osmosis water (not tap water which as F/Cl) late at night and EDTA/DMPS IV chelations from an Alternative doctor may help unclog blood vessels/detox heavy metals and help swelling/inflammation. People maybe Celiac, but tests may not help to diagnose it and doctors may not be trained in it. An Alternative/Integrative doctor or Naturopath may help.

Infections: Oil of oregano and later dairy free acidophilus, garlic/raw onion chew, 2000mg of fish oil daily stopped my colds/flu for 20 years, zinc picolinate, lysine Vit C higher doses...time release, 5000IU of Vit D3 and more may help the immune system. Celiac diet...no gluten/dairy/soy/sugar may help the immune system. Tests to diagnose Celiac may not work. Nature's Way Kidney/Bladder also may work for colds. Best wishes.
