I am a retired Engineer born in 1948 and I live in Thorpe Bay in Essex, England.

I am very interested in diet and homeopathy and have been very healthy and fit all my life until 2012 when I had a heart attack at the age of 64.

I believe you are what you eat and diet and exercise are vital to a healthy life.

I feel very sorry for people who live in the USA and other countries where GM foods have become the norm and I actively support all lobbies against GM foods in Europe, but we have to be very alert as the pressure is unending.
